Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and remote assistance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical problems efficiently.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions and system configurations.
- Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams when required.
- Monitor and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Assist with software installation, configuration, and system updates.
- Create and update technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, networking, and internet technologies.
- Knowledge of technical support tools, ticketing systems, and remote desktop applications.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in Technical Support, IT Help Desk, Customer Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support is preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools is an advantage.
