Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven HR Manager to lead hiring operations and HR documentation processes for Indian recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, employee onboarding, documentation, HR operations, compliance support, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, sound knowledge of Indian labor compliance, and expertise in handling end-to-end recruitment and HR processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment operations and hiring processes.
- Lead candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting activities.
- Coordinate and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Manage interview scheduling and stakeholder coordination.
- Oversee offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and candidate engagement.
- Ensure timely closures and maintain recruitment metrics.
- Manage recruitment portals such as Naukri.com and LinkedIn.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Documentation & Employee Records
- Review and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Ensure collection and verification of employee documents, including:
- PAN Card
- Aadhaar Card
- Educational Certificates
- Experience Letters
- Salary Slips
- Bank Details
- Address Proof
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee employee joining formalities and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate background verification and documentation compliance.
- Ensure smooth induction and employee integration.
- Manage employee lifecycle documentation from joining to exit.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Supervise attendance management and employee records.
- Support HR reporting and MIS preparation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
- Manage documentation related to:
- Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPF)
- Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)
- Coordinate audits and maintain compliance records.
- Drive process improvements in HR operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Preferred).
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Expertise in HR documentation and employee lifecycle management.
- Sound understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience with EPF, ESIC, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
