About the role
We're looking for a driven Sales Intern to join our business development team and work directly with our Director of Business Development. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you'll build strong fundamentals in B2B sales and business growth while supporting real revenue-driving activities.
What you'll do
- Execute outbound email campaigns and manage prospect follow-ups to generate qualified leads
- Attend sales meetings with the BD director, take structured notes, and track action items
- Generate and qualify leads through research, prospecting, and initial outreach
- Support overall sales operations including CRM management, pipeline updates, and reporting
- Assist in identifying target accounts and building prospect lists for outbound campaigns
What we're looking for
- Fresher or early-career candidate with strong motivation to learn sales fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing outreach
- Detail-oriented with ability to organize information and maintain structured notes
- Self-motivated and proactive; comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or sales tools
- Prior experience with email outreach or lead generation
- Understanding of B2B sales processes or business development
Pay: ₹7,500.94 - ₹14,400.28 per month
