Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting and selling building and interior solutions. The role involves field sales, client acquisition, lead generation, relationship management, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction materials, interiors, building products, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and client meetings
- Promote and sell company products and solutions to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, builders, and corporate clients
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for order processing
- Conduct site visits, product presentations, and client demonstrations
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets
- Identify new projects, market opportunities, and prospective customers
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities
- Provide regular sales updates and market feedback to management
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Field Sales
- Experience in construction materials, interiors, building products, furniture systems, partitions, ceilings, or related industries preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with field sales and client-facing activities
