We are hiring Commis I, II & III to join our culinary team at a premium standalone family bar & restaurant in Guwahati. Candidates should be passionate about food preparation, willing to learn, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation under the supervision of senior chefs
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Follow kitchen procedures and assist in daily operations
- Support in inventory and kitchen cleanliness
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Commis role preferred (I, II, or III)
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow
