Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Senior Accountant for a Cooler & Geyser Manufacturing Company who has strong expertise in Manufacturing Accounting, E-Commerce Accounting, Vendor Management (200+ Vendors), Export-Import, Taxation, and Audit Handling.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a manufacturing company only and should be capable of independently managing financial operations, handling 200+ vendors, overseeing E-commerce accounting, and coordinating CA audits.
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Manufacturing Accounting
- Handle complete accounting operations related to Cooler & Geyser Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Costing, BOM (Bill of Material), Production Costing, Inventory Management, Stock Reconciliation, and Manufacturing Accounts.
- Coordination with production, stores, and purchase departments for inventory and stock verification.
2. Vendor Management (200+ Vendors Handling)
- Manage accounting and reconciliation of 200+ vendors.
- Vendor payment processing and outstanding tracking.
- Vendor ledger reconciliation and dispute resolution.
- Coordination with procurement and supply chain teams.
3. E-Commerce Accounting
- Handle accounting of E-commerce platforms such as:
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Other online marketplaces
- Reconciliation of:
- Marketplace settlements
- Sales reports & commission reports
- Return, refund & claim management
- Payment gateway reconciliation
- Vendor/marketplace receivables
- Experience in E-commerce GST reconciliation and accounting entries.
4. Export & Import Accounting
- Handle complete Export-Import accounting and documentation.
- Knowledge of LC (Letter of Credit), Shipping Documents, Import Documentation, CHA Coordination, Freight Expenses, and Customs Accounting.
- Ensure proper accounting of international transactions.
5. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, E-Invoicing, E-Way Bill, and other statutory compliances.
- Filing and reconciliation of returns within timelines.
- Maintain compliance as per applicable financial regulations.
6. Audit Handling
- Independently manage CA Audit, Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, GST Audit, and Financial Audit.
- Coordinate with CA firm and management for audit completion.
- Preparation of audit reports and supporting documents.
7. Financial Reporting & MIS
- Preparation of:
- MIS Reports
- Profit & Loss Statements
- Balance Sheet
- Cash Flow Reports
- Vendor Outstanding Reports
- Sales & E-commerce Reconciliation Reports
Required Qualifications
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / Inter CA Preferred
- Experience: Minimum 10+ Years of Experience as Senior Accountant in Manufacturing Company Only
- Must have experience in Cooler / Geyser / Electrical Manufacturing Industry (Preferred)
- Experience in E-Commerce Accounting is Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of ERP (Odoo preferred), Tally, GST, TDS, Advanced Excel, and Financial Compliance.
