Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated AI/ML Engineer with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in developing machine learning solutions and working with AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python, data processing, and machine learning algorithms, with the ability to build, train, and deploy AI models.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets.
- Implement AI/ML algorithms for real-world business problems.
- Work with Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Build APIs for AI model deployment using Flask or FastAPI.
- Integrate AI models into web applications and backend systems.
- Monitor model performance and retrain models when required.
- Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, and product teams.
- Research and implement the latest AI/ML techniques and tools.
- Document models, experiments, and deployment processes.
Required Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in AI/ML projects.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming.
- Experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing and feature engineering.
- Experience with SQL and basic database concepts.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and model deployment.
- Basic understanding of Git/GitHub.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with OpenAI APIs or other Generative AI platforms.
- Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, etc.).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to Docker and basic CI/CD practices.
