House of Sheherwali, a premium heritage hospitality destination in the historic town of Azimganj, is looking for a dynamic, guest-centric, and result-oriented Restaurant Manager to lead its restaurant operations and elevate the overall dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and dining facilities.
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, train, and supervise restaurant staff to deliver outstanding performance.
- Monitor food and beverage service quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Manage guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively.
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other operational teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Plan and implement strategies to increase guest engagement, repeat visits, and revenue generation.
- Monitor inventory, vendor coordination, procurement, and stock management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Prepare operational reports and support management in achieving business objectives.
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications in hospitality, food & beverage operations, customer service, or restaurant management will be an added advantage.

Location Preference
Candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to Murshidabad, Malda, Birbhum, Nadia, Purba Bardhaman, or nearby regions will be preferred due to operational requirements and ease of deployment. However, applications from all qualified candidates are welcome.
