Job Summary
The O&M Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the day-to-day operations and maintenance activities across multiple plant sites. The role involves data analysis, performance monitoring, technical coordination, resource planning, inventory management, and ensuring smooth communication between site teams and Head Office to achieve operational excellence and production targets.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational and maintenance activities across all assigned sites.
- Ensure smooth plant operations and adherence to operational procedures.
- Support site teams in achieving production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact between plant sites and Head Office.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Collect, compile, segregate, and analyze plant operational and process data.
- Generate and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvement actions.
- Report plant performance, issues, and operational updates to the HOD/O&M Manager.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational and process-related issues.
- Coordinate with Process, Proposal, and Engineering teams for technical requirements and improvements.
- Visit plant sites whenever necessary to resolve critical operational issues.
Team Coordination
- Conduct weekly review meetings with site personnel and key stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance and identify best-performing teams on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Facilitate effective communication among site teams and support departments.
Inventory & Procurement Coordination
- Monitor chemical consumption, stock levels, and material requirements at plant sites.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely procurement and delivery of plant requirements.
- Ensure adequate inventory availability to avoid operational disruptions.
Planning & Compliance
- Prepare and coordinate operation and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and productivity.
Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with various departments to achieve organizational objectives.
- Provide operational data and technical inputs whenever required by management.

Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance, Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Industrial Utilities, or related industries.
- Experience in plant operations coordination and performance monitoring will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
