Key Responsibilities

- Provide timely resolutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and reports using Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day customer support operations.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
