Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and hardworking Laundry Store Operator to manage the day-to-day operations of our laundry store. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling customer orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining store operations, and assisting with other operational tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer laundry orders.
- Create and manage order entries accurately.
- Tag and label garments to ensure proper tracking.
- Broadcast daily customer updates and operational messages through WhatsApp or other communication channels.
- Assign pickup and delivery tasks to delivery executives.
- Coordinate with delivery staff to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor order status and maintain accurate records.
- Manage daily store operations and maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Handle basic customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the laundry processing team for smooth workflow.
- Assist with inventory and stock management when required.
- Support other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and computer operations.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude.
- Prior experience in laundry, retail, logistics, or store operations is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, order management systems, or billing software).
- Experience coordinating delivery personnel.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage daily operations efficiently.

As per company schedule (weekly off as per company policy).

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
