Job Summary
Ayucar Labs is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Backoffice Associate to support sales operations, marketing activities, customer coordination, invoicing, and digital promotion. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, strong Excel skills, and an understanding of digital marketing and team coordination.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Support
- Assist in generating sales leads and maintaining customer relationships.
- Coordinate with distributors, retailers, doctors, and third-party clients.
- Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and sales reports.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Support order processing and dispatch coordination.
Marketing & Branding
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns for Pharma and Ayurvedic products.
- Coordinate product promotions on online and offline platforms.
- Manage social media postings and basic digital marketing activities.
- Support Amazon/Flipkart product listings and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for product branding.
Digital Marketing
- Basic knowledge of:
- Social Media Marketing
- Facebook & Instagram Promotions
- WhatsApp Marketing
- SEO Basics
- Canva / Basic Designing
- Product Listing Management
- Email Marketing
Accounts & Office Operations
- Prepare invoices and maintain billing records.
- Basic accounting and stock entry work.
- Maintain Excel sheets for sales, inventory, and expenses.
- Coordinate with accounts team for payment follow-ups.
- Maintain customer and vendor databases.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with production, packing, sales, and marketing teams.
- Assist management in daily operational activities.
- Help in supervising small teams and ensuring workflow coordination.

Qualification

- Experience in Ayurvedic, FMCG, Pharma, or Herbal industry is an added advantage.
