Role Overview
We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into paying clients for our digital marketing services. You will be the first voice a potential client hears — and the bridge between their business problem and our marketing solution. This is a target-driven role that rewards hustle, clarity, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Outreach
- Handle inbound leads generated through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and organic channels
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold prospects from the company's lead database
- Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) framework
- Maintain a healthy pipeline with consistent follow-up via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Log all interactions accurately in the CRM on the same day — no exceptions
Sales Pitch & Closure
- Understand the prospect's business, goals, and marketing challenges before pitching
- Present Promozione Branding's services — Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Performance Marketing — clearly and confidently
- Handle objections around pricing, timelines, ROI, and competition professionally
- Prepare and share proposals, pricing decks, and case studies with prospects
- Follow up consistently until a decision is made — no lead should go cold without a closure attempt
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and closure rates
Client Onboarding Support
- Coordinate with the operations and marketing team to hand off newly closed clients smoothly
- Ensure the client's expectations set during sales match what the delivery team receives
- Maintain a positive first impression during the onboarding phase to reduce early churn
Reporting & Collaboration
- Submit daily call reports, pipeline updates, and weekly performance summaries
- Participate in weekly sales review meetings and share insights from the ground
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead quality feedback to improve campaign targeting
- Identify patterns in objections or lost deals and flag them to the manager for strategy refinement
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English — clear, confident, and persuasive
- Comfortable making 40–60 calls per day without losing energy or enthusiasm
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services — what Google Ads and Meta Ads do
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) and Excel / Google Sheets
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
Good to Have
- Prior experience selling digital marketing, SaaS, or media services
- Understanding of ad metrics — CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting
- Familiarity with proposal tools — Canva, Google Slides, or similar
- WhatsApp Business and sales automation tools experience
A Day in Your Life as Inside Sales Executive
9:30 AM — Call 1: Review CRM pipeline. Hot lead from yesterday.
Discuss proposal. Push for closure.
10:30 AM — Call 2–8: Outbound calls to new leads. Qualify, pitch, schedule demos.
12:00 PM — Log all calls in CRM. Send follow-up messages on WhatsApp.
1:00 PM — Lunch & break.
2:00 PM — Demo call with interested prospect. Walk through service deck.
3:30 PM — Proposal prep for 2 warm leads. Coordinate with team for case studies.
5:00 PM — Follow-up calls and WhatsApp messages. Re-engage cold leads.
6:30 PM — EOD report submission. Update pipeline. Plan tomorrow's priority list.

8% of revenue as incentive
Above ₹5 Lakh closed
12% of revenue + Performance Bonus
Incentives are paid monthly, post client payment confirmation. No cap on earnings.
