Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist parents, students, visitors, and guests professionally
- Manage front office operations and maintain a positive reception environment
- Handle phone calls, enquiries, emails, and official communication effectively
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor records
- Support administrative and documentation processes of the school
- Maintain student and staff records with confidentiality and accuracy
- Assist in communication between school departments and parents
- Provide support during school events, admissions, and daily operations
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Prior experience in front office or school administration preferred
