Job Title : Sales Manager
Location: Indore Full-Time
JNS Group is building a high-performing real estate sales organisation. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and establish a strong sales culture
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coach and mentor Sales Executives.
- Assist in closing high-value customer deals.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelorʼs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
- Real estate industry experience highly preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales planning and forecasting.
- CRM proficiency.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
