Job Summary :
We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic freshers to join our Health service team as a Relationship Development Executive. The incumbent will be responsible for promoting the organization's healthcare services, building relationships with doctors and referral partners, generating business opportunities, and enhancing brand awareness in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Doctors and consultants.
- Identify new Doctors and generate referrals.
- Conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory.
- Participate in promotional activities, health camps, and awareness programs.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit activity updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Represent the organization professionally at all times.
Eligibility
- Any Bachelor's Degree (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field marketing activities.
- Positive attitude with a passion for sales and relationship building.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler (Bike).
- Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
