We are seeking an experienced Production Planning & Control (PPC) Engineer with a strong background in rubber manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, material management, capacity utilization, and coordination between production, purchase, stores, and dispatch departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and forecasts.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time completion of orders.
Coordinate with purchase and stores departments for raw material availability.
- Plan and control inventory of rubber compounds, chemicals, fabrics, and packing materials.
- Track machine utilization, manpower allocation, and production efficiency.
- Analyze production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams to maintain production quality standards.
- Prepare MIS reports related to production, inventory, and dispatch.
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources while minimizing wastage.
- Follow safety and compliance requirements within the manufacturing facility.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate/Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10 years of PPC experience in rubber manufacturing, tyre, conveyor belt, rubber hose, molded rubber products, sports goods, or allied industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and production reporting tools.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
