We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong ability to understand market trends and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Create and deliver business proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships for repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, e-commerce, etc.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
