Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers across infrastructure, construction, engineering, manufacturing, OEM, EPC, and industrial sectors.
- Expand market presence by developing new territories, channels, and customer segments.
- Generate and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry generation to order closure and payment collection.
Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, dealers, contractors, and project consultants.
- Handle strategic accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular customer visits to identify business opportunities and strengthen relationships.
Marketing & Market Development
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Develop marketing plans, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, and networking events.
- Monitor industry trends, steel pricing, demand patterns, and market dynamics.
Commercial & Contract Management
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor receivables and support collections as per company policies.
Team Leadership & Reporting
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, market intelligence reports, and management presentations.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
