Role Overview
The Community Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating programs designed to build a strong network for aspiring entrepreneurs and individuals interested in launching start-ups. The role involves managing participant engagement, facilitating meaningful interactions, and ensuring the smooth execution of all program activities while contributing to the growth and development of the start-up ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, organize, and coordinate programs and activities for the start-up community
· Coordinate and arrange venues/locations for conducting events
· Build and maintain relationships with founders, partners, and clients
· Engage with community members and ensure active participation
· Facilitate networking opportunities and meaningful interactions
· Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities
· Assist in content creation and communication across platforms
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of programs
· Monitor participation and provide regular updates and reports
· Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen the community network
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in community management, marketing, event coordination, or related roles (Freshers can apply)
- Strong understanding of marketing, social media, and event management
- Interest in start-ups, entrepreneurship, and business networking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate events and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic start-up environment
