Job Description:
Job Title: E-commerce Executive
Experience: 8 months to 1 year

Language Requirement: Telugu (Mandatory)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with 6 to 8 months of experience to manage our daily operations across online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and our in-house platform. The ideal candidate must be proficient in MS Excel and fluent in Telugu.
Order Management:
Download and print daily orders from Amazon, Flipkart, and in-house platform.
Coordinate and hand over printed orders to the packaging team for processing.
Ensure timely order dispatch and update order status on respective platforms.
Inventory & Stock Management:
Maintain accurate stock records in Excel.
Update stock levels across all platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, in-house).
Regularly track stock movement and report discrepancies if any.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for orders, returns, and stock.
Maintain records for future audit and analysis.
Support with documentation for product listings and updates if needed.
Coordination:
Liaise with the packaging and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Coordinate with customer support in case of order-related queries or issues.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel
Basic knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart Seller Panels
Good organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Must be able to speak, read, and write in Telugu
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline
Prior experience in e-commerce operations (Amazon/Flipkart handling preferred)
