We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for building strong relationships with engineering and degree colleges, creating academic collaborations, and promoting our training programs to students and faculty.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys field work, networking, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit colleges and educational institutions to introduce Tech Hub Solutions training programs
- Build and maintain long-term collaborations with colleges, placement cells, and faculty
- Conduct meetings with college management and decision-makers
- Promote workshops, seminars, internships, and training programs
- Maintain records of visits and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Confidence in meeting college authorities and students
- Willingness to travel locally for college visits
- Basic knowledge of IT courses or education industry (preferred)
- Graduation in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in business development
