Responsibilities & DutiesGraphic Design
- Create simple and visually neat designs for social media posts, corporate communication, invitations, brochures, and basic branding material.
- Interpret client requirements and convert them into clear, practical design outputs.
- Support the team with fresh ideas while keeping the overall brand look consistent.
Print Artwork & Production
- Prepare print-ready files with correct specifications (bleeds, crop marks, colour profiles, CMYK conversion, high-resolution output).
- Understand basic printing processes like offset printing, digital printing, and how design elements must be adapted for each.
- Coordinate with vendors for artwork checks, sample approvals, and minor corrections before final printing.
Workflow & Coordination
- Work patiently with feedback and make required changes with attention to detail.
- Manage multiple tasks and deliver designs within given timelines.
- Maintain organised project files for easy reference and future use.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in basic graphic design.
- Proficiency in Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Basic understanding of colour theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Knowledge of preparing designs specifically for print production and offset setup.
- Responsible, patient, and committed to producing quality work.
