- Industry Networking: Build and maintain strategic relationships with top IT firms, tech start ups, and multinational corporations (MNCs) to generate job leads and facilitate campus recruitment.
- Student Up-skilling & Training: Identify industry skill gaps and organize technical workshops, coding boot camps, and soft-skill development sessions to make candidates interview-ready.
- Placement Drives & Campaigns: Organize end-to-end campus interviews, pre-placement talks, and technical assessment processes (e.g., hackathons and aptitude tests).
- Career Counseling: Provide personalized career guidance, resume reviews, and mock interviews to help students secure their ideal IT roles.
- Data Management: Maintain comprehensive databases of student profiles, track placement statistics, and analyze hiring trends
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
