Job Description – Backend Developer (2–3 Years Experience)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and APIs while ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with development standards.
- Work with databases to design schemas, write queries, and optimize performance.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Node.js and backend development.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with Express.js or similar backend frameworks.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and web services.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
