Interior Design & Space Planning Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements. Prepare space planning layouts and design presentations.
Create mood boards, material palettes, and design proposals.
Recommend finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements. AutoCAD Drafting & Technical Drawings
- Create and modify AutoCAD layouts, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings.
- Prepare detailed execution drawings for site implementation.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate technical drawings with project and execution teams. 3D Visualization & Rendering
- Develop detailed 3D models using SketchUp.
- Create high-quality renderings and presentation visuals.
- Present design concepts through realistic visualizations.
- Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements. Client & Project Coordination
- Participate in client meetings and design discussions.
- Understand project requirements and provide creative solutions.
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and project managers.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design execution aligns with approved drawings. Project Management
