We’re looking for a Field Sales Executive who is comfortable meeting people, building trust, and turning conversations into long-term customers. This role is about being on the ground visiting homeowners, understanding their requirements, introducing them to Housie, and making sure they continue using the platform. You’ll only succeed by being helpful, responsive, and consistent.
What You’ll Do
- Find and connect with new homeowners and potential customers
- Introduce customers to Housie and explain how it works
- Build strong customer relationships and stay in regular follow-up
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Generate leads and convert them into active customers
- Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets
- Track meetings, follow-ups, and sales activity properly
- Stay updated on local market trends and customer behaviour
What This Role Needs
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales or customer-facing roles
- Experience in home interiors, furnishing, hardware, paints, electricals, or building materials is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable travelling locally and meeting customers daily
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Someone who follows up properly and takes ownership

- New areas and societies start generating regular orders
- Leads are followed up consistently
- Sales targets are achieved without constant supervision
