ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking energetic and motivated Centre Managers to oversee daily operations, drive
member engagement, and ensure the smooth functioning of our fitness facility.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Client Interaction: Greet members and visitors warmly, assist with queries, and
- ensure excellent service.
- Sales & Revenue: Drive membership sales, upsell programs, and achieve monthly
- targets.
- Team Coordination: Support trainers and staff to deliver consistent quality
- experiences.
- Operations: Oversee facility upkeep, inventory, scheduling, and compliance with
- safety standards.
- Reporting: Maintain daily sales and operational records.
- Community Building: Foster a positive, motivating atmosphere that promotes fitness and well-being.
ELEGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Graduated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedication and passion for fitness
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or gym management is an advantage and basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
