Job Summary
Dithyas Infra is looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil & Interior Site Engineer to oversee residential and commercial construction and interior projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing site execution, coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring projects are completed on time with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction and interior fit-out activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Plan and monitor project schedules to achieve timely completion.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and submit updates to the management.
- Monitor material requirements, deliveries, and site inventory.
- Conduct site measurements and verify quantities for billing purposes.
- Ensure proper workmanship and quality control at every stage of execution.
- Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues at the site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Inspect completed work and prepare snag lists before project handover
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
- Experience in interior finishing works such as modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, painting, flooring, and electrical/plumbing coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Civil Construction and Interior Projects.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in renovation and interior fit-out projects.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Chennai.
- Possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license (preferred).
Salary
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills).
