Sales Executive – Pharma & Surgical Distribution

Singhana, Rajasthan (Field-based role)
Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to grow our pharmaceutical and surgical distribution business by building strong relationships with chemists, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales and be capable of driving business growth through customer acquisition, relationship management, and regular market coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare providers regularly
- Promote and generate sales for pharmaceutical and surgical products
- Develop new business opportunities and onboard new customers
- Maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, hospital purchase departments, and stockists
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
- Ensure product availability and market penetration in assigned territory
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Submit daily field activity and sales reports

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy preferred)
- 1–5 years of experience in pharma, surgical, or medical device sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good local market understanding
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
- Basic smartphone and reporting knowledge
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Existing network with chemists, hospitals, and clinics in Rajasthan region
- Experience in pharma distribution or surgical product sales
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and field-oriented personality

- Fixed salary + travel allowance + performance incentives
