Job Title: Administration Manager (BPO Operations)
Core Responsibilities
- Facility & Infrastructure Management: Oversee 24/7 office building maintenance, seating capacity planning, and workspace allocation for large teams. Ensure compliance with security and safety standards.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Manage relationships and negotiate SLAs with third-party vendors for housekeeping, cafeteria/pantry, security, transport, and office supplies.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop and manage the administrative budget, closely monitoring expenses for facility operations, utilities, and vendor services.
- Travel & Transport Logistics: Coordinate employee transport (cab services, especially for night shifts), corporate travel desks, and hotel accommodations.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure the facility meets ISO, GDPR, and other regulatory standards regarding data protection, physical security, and statutory compliance.
- Asset Management: Track and maintain inventory of office supplies, IT hardware, communication equipment, and software licenses.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the performance of administrative staff, receptionists, and facility coordinators.
