Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and enrollment processes.
- Verify employee KYC documents, including Aadhaar, PAN, bank account details, educational certificates, and address proof.
- Conduct document verification to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate and track police verification for newly recruited employees.
- Verify and maintain employee medical fitness certificates before deployment.
- Process and maintain records for Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESIC) registrations.
- Assist employees with Mediclaim enrollment, claim documentation, and claim follow-up with insurance providers.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRMS/ERP system.
- Ensure all employee files are complete and updated with the required statutory documents.
- Coordinate with the Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure timely employee onboarding.
- Handle employee queries related to HR documentation, PF, ESIC, Mediclaim, and onboarding formalities.
- Prepare and maintain onboarding reports and compliance records.
- Perform other HR administrative duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HR documentation and employee onboarding processes.
- Basic understanding of PF, ESIC, labour law compliance, and employee welfare schemes.
- Strong documentation and record management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with HRMS/ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, BBA, or MBA (HR).
- 0–2 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Onboarding, or HR Administration.
- Freshers with basic HR knowledge and strong computer skills are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to learn and grow in HR Operations, Employee Documentation, and Statutory Compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
