*Job Summary*
JurisNexa Global & Legal Associates is seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance tracking, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills and contribute to building a productive work environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring.
Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Coordinate employee performance reviews and probation evaluations.
Draft offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and termination letters.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department managers.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Resolve employee concerns professionally and maintain positive employee relations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports for management.
Coordinate with different departments to fulfill hiring requirements.
Support employee engagement and training initiatives.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills.
*Qualifications*
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience (preferred).
Experience in recruitment for sales, customer service, content creation, or immigration roles is an advantage.
Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
