ob Title: Plumbing & Sanitation Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Plumbing & Sanitation Engineer to handle the design, planning, coordination, and execution of plumbing and sanitation systems for PEB, industrial, commercial, and warehouse projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing drawings, calculations, BOQs, material requirements, and coordinating with various project teams.
- Prepare plumbing and sanitation layouts, drawings, and designs for PEB and industrial projects.
- Design domestic water supply, drainage, soil, waste, and rainwater systems.
- Prepare water demand and pipe sizing calculations.
- Design and coordinate plumbing fixtures, water tanks, pumps, valves, and pipelines.
- Prepare plumbing and sanitation BOQ and material take-off.
- Review architectural and structural drawings for plumbing requirements.
- Coordinate plumbing works with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, HVAC, and PEB teams.
- Prepare and review shop drawings and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Supervise plumbing and sanitation installation work at project sites.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of plumbing systems.
- Identify and resolve site-related plumbing and sanitation issues.
- Monitor material quality and ensure proper installation practices.
- Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes, NBC, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Ensure work is completed within the required quality, cost, and project schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.
- 2–6 years of experience in plumbing and sanitation design/execution.
- Experience in PEB, industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, or commercial projects will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of plumbing, drainage, water supply, and sanitation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Software Skills
- AutoCAD – Mandatory.
- MS Excel and MS Office.
- Revit MEP / BIM knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Plumbing design/calculation software knowledge will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of plumbing and sanitation systems.
- Good understanding of pipe sizing, drainage systems, and water supply.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.

Experience
Experience: 2–6 years in Plumbing & Sanitation / MEP / Industrial Projects preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
