Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Eligibility:
- MBA (Marketing, HR, Operations, Business Analytics, General Management)
- Final Year MBA Students / Recent MBA Graduates
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for sales, business growth, and client relationship management
- Willingness to work in a high-growth startup environment
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify business leads across residential communities, RWAs, apartment associations, builders, architects, facility managers, and commercial establishments.
- Promote and sell SaaS subscriptions and technology solutions under Ohhpro Junction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
- Build strategic relationships with housing societies, developers, channel partners, and enterprise customers.
- Drive business closures and revenue generation.
- Identify opportunities for CCTV, security solutions, parking automation, access control systems, and digital advertising enablement.
- Maintain CRM updates and daily sales reporting.
- Collaborate closely with founders and senior leadership for market expansion initiatives.

Requirements
- Personal two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
- Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and market development activities.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
Working Schedule
- Six-day rotational work structure.
- Sunday will be a working day due to client and community engagement requirements.
- One weekly off will be provided on a weekday based on business schedules.
Compensation & Benefits
During Training Period
- Stipend: Rs12,000 – Rs18,000 per month (based on performance and evaluation)
Post Successful Training & Confirmation
- Fixed Compensation:Rs20,000 –Rs30,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Up to Rs25,000 – Rs50,000 per month
- High performers may earn significantly higher through incentive-based earnings.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
