Madhura Associates, an official associate of SBI Bank, is seeking talented and dynamic Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for pitching loans to potential customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our loan products.
- Explain the features and benefits of the loans offered by SBI Bank through Madura Associates.
- Assess the financial needs of customers and suggest appropriate loan options.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively, providing accurate information and resolving concerns.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
- Keep accurate records of calls and customer details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and ensure successful closure of deals.
- Stay updated on SBI Bank's loan products, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and persuade customers effectively.
- Basic knowledge of banking and loan products preferred.
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated individual.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
