Job Title: HP Field Engineer (Onsite Support)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support for HP laptops, desktops, and printers.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Perform hardware replacement and system installation.
- Handle customer service requests within SLA.
- Update service reports and maintain documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of HP hardware, Windows OS, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
