About Us
I Support Foundation (ISF) is an autism intervention and special education organization providing evidence-based, individualized therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities. Our Bangalore centre is growing, and we're looking for a dedicated CBT to join our clinical team.
What You'll Do
- Conduct one-on-one ABA sessions using DTT and NET methodologies
- Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours (aggression, self-injury, non-compliance, elopement, etc.) using positive behaviour support strategies
- Implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour intervention plans based on Functional Behaviour Assessment
- Target verbal operants (mand, tact, echoic, intraverbal) within therapy programs
- Coach parents/caregivers on behaviour management techniques
- Maintain clinical documentation as per ISF protocols
- Participate in case reviews and periodic assessments
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's/Master's in Psychology, Special Education, ABA, or a related field
- 1–2years of experience working with children with autism/developmental disabilities
- Working knowledge of ABA principles, FBA, DTT vs. NET, and DSM-5 criteria for ASD
- Strong behaviour management skills with patience and consistency
- Comfortable with data collection and basic progress tracking
- Good communication skills for parent training and team coordination
Nice to Have
- RCI registration
- ABAT (Applied Behaviour Analysis Technician) certification preferred
- Prior ABA/behaviour therapy certification or hands-on training
