Koober Technology is looking for a passionate and result-oriented IT Sales Executive to promote and sell our Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to businesses across India. If you have experience in software sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into customers, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
- Understand client requirements and present HRMS software solutions accordingly.
- Schedule and conduct product demos with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and implementation teams for smooth onboarding.
- Stay updated with HRMS market trends and competitor offerings.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in IT/Software Sales (B2B preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and recommend software solutions.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in selling HRMS, ERP, CRM, Payroll, School ERP, or SaaS products will be preferred.
