Head the Sales Department, managing at Pan-India team with 7+ years of experience, including a minimum of 3-4 years in the Building Material product line
Job Responsibilities:-
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies for Pan India to align with business objectives, identify new market opportunities, and create sales plans to increase revenue.
- Team Leadership & Team Management : Recruiting, training, and coaching Sales Teams to ensure high performance.
- Target Setting & Performance Monitoring: Define sales targets, quotas, and KPIs, and monitor performance through sales data analysis. For the same travelling out of Mumbai to other Metro and Tier 2 cities as required 10-12 days in month
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and premium partners.
- Market Intelligence: Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to adapt sales techniques.
- Revenue Management: Overseeing sales forecasts, budgeting, and ensuring profitability through optimal pricing strategies.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
