This is a core coordination role responsible for exhibitor support, internal operations, staff management, and executive assistance. The individual will work closely with the founders and ensure smooth execution before, during, and after exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities
Exhibitor & Vendor Coordination
- Get exhibitor contracts signed
- Follow up on casual GST and required documentation
- Collect and coordinate stall & fabrication requirements
- Answer exhibitor queries via calls & WhatsApp
- Coordinate with fabricators, printers, and vendors
Operations & Staff Management
- Manage and supervise temporary and permanent staff
- Allocate tasks and ensure timelines are met
- Ensure discipline, coordination, and execution
- Act as a problem-solver during operations
Event-Day Responsibilities
- Manage exhibitor experience on event days
- Oversee stall allocation & issue resolution
- Act as single point of contact for exhibitors
- Coordinate with venue, vendors, and internal teams
Executive Assistance
- Assist founders with daily tasks, follow-ups & daily coordination
- Track priorities and ensure timely execution
- Act as a bridge between founders and internal teams
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in Event Management / Hospitality / Business / Management
- Highly organised with strong follow-up skills
- Calm under pressure with leadership mindset
- Comfortable managing people and responsibilities
- Willing to take ownership and accountability
