Job Description – Project Manager (Civil) – Villas Project

Project Location: Gowrelly, Hyderabad
Position: Project Manager – Civil
Experience: 3+ Years (Villas / Residential Projects preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Manage complete villa construction project execution from foundation to finishing.
- Monitor site activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, engineers, and vendors.
- Supervise RCC works, masonry, plastering, flooring, interiors, and finishing works.
- Prepare project schedules and track daily/weekly progress.
- Manage manpower, materials, and site resources effectively.
- Ensure quality control and safety standards at site.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.
- Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Submit regular project progress reports to management.
Qualification:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 3+ years experience in Villa / Residential construction projects
Skills Required:
- Strong site execution & team management skills
- Knowledge of RCC, finishing, BOQ, estimation & billing
- Good communication and leadership skills
