The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, increasing product awareness, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's market presence within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular field visits to healthcare providers within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product demand through effective detailing.
- Ensure product availability by coordinating with stockists and distributors.
- Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, product presentations, and promotional activities.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, customer feedback, and industry trends.
- Submit daily call reports (DCR), tour plans, expense statements, and other required reports on time.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical marketing practices.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge programs.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
