Job Summary
Ourika Estates is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our Project VEDA in Ayodhya. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, maintaining project timelines, supervising site manpower, and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor site execution to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth site operations.
- Supervise labour deployment and ensure optimum productivity.
- Inspect RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Ensure proper use of construction materials and minimize wastage.
- Verify work measurements and maintain daily progress reports.
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues in coordination with the project team.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Assist in achieving project milestones within the planned schedule.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial building construction.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
- Good understanding of RCC, finishing works, and quality control procedures.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Experience in hospitality, commercial, or premium residential projects will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage site activities independently and lead construction teams.
- Result-oriented with strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
