Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Faculty to train students and professionals in the latest digital marketing strategies and tools. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver practical, hands-on training through live projects and real-world case studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training in Digital Marketing.
- Teach SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO).
- Train students on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Conduct sessions on Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing.
- Teach Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Provide practical training using live projects and case studies.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor students in certification preparation, portfolio development, and interview readiness.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and platform updates.
- Coordinate with the academic team to improve training content and curriculum.
- Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and training documentation.
- Support placement activities and career guidance initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Canva, and content creation tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of Digital Marketing experience.
- Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications are an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
