We are hiring for Sales Trainer from a real estate background who can design, implement, and monitor impactful training programs for sales teams. The candidate should have strong domain knowledge in real estate sales, negotiation, customer handling, closure strategies, and revenue-driven performance management.
The ideal candidate must be aggressive, performance-focused, and capable of driving measurable improvements in sales productivity and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Development
Design and deliver structured sales training programs for freshers and experienced sales professionals.
Conduct induction training for new joiners on company projects, CRM usage, sales process, and compliance.
Develop modules on:
Lead generation & follow-ups
Site visit handling
Objection handling
Negotiation & closure techniques
Channel partner management
Cross-selling & upselling strategies
2. Product & Market Knowledge
Train teams on project specifications, pricing structures, payment plans, and competitor analysis.
Ensure sales team has strong understanding of RERA guidelines and real estate compliance.
Conduct regular refresher sessions on new launches and inventory updates.
3. Performance Monitoring
Work closely with Sales Heads to identify performance gaps.
Conduct role plays, mock calls, and field coaching.
Track KPIs such as:
Conversion ratio
Site visit to booking ratio
Revenue per executive
Closure TAT
4. Content & Process Development
Create training manuals, SOPs, scripts, pitch decks, and sales playbooks.
Develop assessment tools and feedback mechanisms.
Standardize sales pitch across all projects.
5. Team Coaching & Motivation
Conduct behavioral and soft skills training.
Improve communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
Build high-energy, target-driven sales culture.
