Kay Vee Traders, a leading steel and building materials company, is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and deliveries.
- Process customer orders and coordinate dispatch activities.
- Attend direct walk-in customers and retailer enquiries.
- Support in-house sales activities for steel-based products.
- Maintain customer records and update sales information.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Qualification
- Any Degree
- Basic computer and system knowledge required.
- Tally knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
Working Hours
General Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Extended shift requirements may apply based on job role and business needs.
