1. SAP S/4HANA Program Support & Governance • Drive PMO governance for the SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration program. • Work with the central Transformation PMO, Finance/Accounts and IT Team to align SAP milestones with organizational other transformation timelines. • Track program plans, dependencies, risks, and action items related to SAP migration. • Ensure SAP program artifacts are aligned with enterprise PMO standards. ________________________________________ 2. Business Analysis & Process Mapping • Work with business stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, and Operations to align their inputs to be incorporated by the Implementation partner • Supervise and review current-state (ECC) and future-state (S/4HANA) business processes in collaboration with the Implementation partner • Through steering committee drive fit-gap analysis, requirement documentation, and process harmonization across departments. • Ensure SAP process design aligns with downstream and upstream integrations • Build the module wise Product backlog and User Scenarios in collaboration with the implementation partner and Business team ________________________________________ 3. Cross-Functional & Integration Coordination • Act as a bridge between business users, IT, SAP system integrators, Implementation partner and the Transformation PMO. • Coordinate integration touchpoints between SAP S/4HANA and CRM, internal platforms, and external systems. • Track integration dependencies and data readiness across programs. 4. Change Management & Rollout Planning • Drive change impact assessment for SAP S/4HANA across departments and get review, approval from the impacted teams. • Drive rollout planning including phasing, user readiness, and cutover coordination. • Work with HR, IT, and business teams to plan training, communication, and adoption activities. • Track adoption metrics, user readiness, implementation and post-go-live * Detailed JD shared over mail
