As part of our dedication to maintaining high standards, we are seeking a meticulous Documentation Executive to oversee the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration process.
Position Overview: As a Documentation Executive specializing in AHPRA registration, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all clients meet the necessary regulatory requirements for practicing in Australia. You will be responsible for managing and organizing the documentation required for AHPRA registration, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Collection and Verification: Collect, review, and verify all necessary documentation required for AHPRA registration, including educational qualifications, professional certifications, work experience, and identity proofs.
- Application Preparation: Prepare and complete AHPRA registration applications for healthcare professionals, ensuring all required information is accurately documented and submitted within specified deadlines.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals throughout the AHPRA registration process, providing guidance, assistance, and updates on application status.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on AHPRA regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in documentation and application processes.
- Database Management: Maintain organized records of all AHPRA registration documentation, both in physical and electronic formats, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of AHPRA registration documentation to identify any discrepancies or deficiencies, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain compliance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the AHPRA registration process, recommending and implementing solutions to streamline procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree i
- Prior experience working in healthcare administration, particularly in managing regulatory processes such as AHPRA registration, preferred.
- Understanding of AHPRA regulations and registration requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with database management systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
