AISP Project Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage Building, Hospitality & Mall Projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, execution, client coordination, quality control, budgeting, and team management while ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning to successful completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Review drawings, technical documents, BOQs, and project progress.
- Manage site execution and resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Conduct project review meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure timely project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 10–18 years of experience in Building, Hospitality, Mall, Commercial, High-Rise, or Infrastructure Construction Projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, contract management, budgeting, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in handling multiple projects will be an added advantage.
